Exotic Car: 1974 C110 Nissan Skyline

Image above is an exotic car from the 70's era, a Nissan Skyline C110. The Skyline C110 (KPGC110 is the fullcode name), was first introduced in the Tokyo Motorshow 1972, engine fitted inside the compartment is the inline 6 S20 engine that has around 1900cc total displacement.

The C110 Skyline is considered as the second Nissan Skyline generation, and was the last GT-R production until the R32 GT-R in 1989.

Imagine this exotic Skyline's evolution compared with the last generation of Nissan Skyline.

Mercedes-Benz A 320 - W 142 an Exotic Rare Car

Picture below is Mercedes-Benz A 320 - W 142, with a 3.4 litre 6 cylinder side valve engine fitted in its engine compartment. This exotic car was made by the Daimler-Benz company some time in 1948 and then was sold to a businessman in Indonesia and was later resold to an individual in Australia in the eighties.

The car was actually a prototype model of a luxury coupe and was not put into production because of Germany's involvement in World War II, which has led to the devastation of the company’s factories and other industrial facilities in the country.

This rare, exotic car sold for a whopping $350,000 AUD or about $275,000 USD at the end of the 2007 Melbourne International Motor Show auction event.via & via

1937 Studebaker Coupe Express Pickup Truck

Picture above is an exotic car, 1937 Studebaker J5 Coupe Express pickup truck, that was completely restored by Jeff Rice of Ocala, Florida. This exotic car originally was created by using the Studebaker Dictator passenger car frame, and was powered by Studebaker's L-head six cylinder flathead engines and mated to a 3-speed manual transmission. But Jeff, the owner on the man behind the restoration put the 350 GM V8 engine to replace the original L engine.

In early 2005, Fabrizio Giugiaro styling director of Italdesign, pitched J Mays, Ford Motor Company's chief of design, on his idea to do an Italian job on the beloved Mustang. The result: Mustang by Giugiaro – a one-of-a-kind concept powered by Ford Racing technologies, marking the Italian coachbuilder's first reveal at the inaugural November Los Angeles Auto Show.

The Ford Mustang Giugiaro Concept is a 500 horsepower muscle car that comes from 4.6 L V8 supercharged engine, features single touch button to open door vertically, elegant 20 inches rim, bespoke tailghts as found on the 1964 Mustang, single curved glass panel, made from a special type of crystal that filters out 100% of UVA rays.

Haflinger a Lighweight 4WD vehicle from Steyr Daimler Puch

Haflinger was built by Steyr Daimler Puch during 1958 - 1976 with 4 wheel drive drivetrain, and is claimed very light to be lifted by four strong men.

This small light 4WD vehicle only weights approximately 600 kilograms, and has length dimension 3.5 meter and width approximately 1.5.

Features only 646cc, 2 cylinder air cooled engine in boxer arrangement (widely used by Volkswagen), this light vehicle can transport approximately 500 kg load, that's awesome fact!

Austria and Swiss Military, United Kingdom and Australian Army used this tough car during 1958 and forth.

Video of Saleen S7 Twin Turbo supercar, that the specification I've written earlier in another post.

I bet it was recorded inside the showroom or in an exhibition because it also cars parked beside the Saleen S7 Supercar.

This Saleen was claimed to get from 0-100km/h in less than 3 seconds, thanks to the twin turbo that helps this supercar boasts over 750 bhp.

1983 GMC G-Series (G-15) Van 'The A-Team'

Ran from the Vietnam War because a misunderstanding scene, The A-Team, comprises of Hannibal Smith, Templeton Faceman Peck, HM Murdock, and B.A Baracus then helped out those who were down an out.

In every operation, they used a 1983 GMC G-Series (G-15) Van, in Black and Gun Metal Grey with a Red Stripe belonged to master mechanic BA Baracus. This Van was powered with a 350 ci V-8 engine, features two barrel carburettor with Automatic Transmission drivetrain layout.

This exotic car, (in The A Team scene) went trough numerous accidents, gun battles, insane jumps, was stripped apart and abused in just about every imaginable way - only to be put back together by BA Baracus.

2001 Plymouth Prowler Black Tie Edition

The Sexy car below is 2001 Plymouth Prowler Black Tie Edition, one of 162 Plymouth Prowler Black Tie edition in all over the world.

Even though it's look like an old fashioned car (i.e cars produced before 1950's), it has almost all features own by a high technology cars including cruise control and Auto Meter Tach. Inside engine compartment, you'll see a powerfull V6 engine, 3.5L that produces 253 HP.

Toyota 2000 GT Roadster

Toyota 2000 GT Roadster was powered by a dual overhead camshaft straight six engine of 2000 cc displacement engine, it could produce 150 bhp with five speed gearbox and hit top speed 140 MPH, it run from 0-60 MPH in under six second. With three Solex carburettor fitted along with Dunlop disk brakes engaged with a slip differential also independent suspension in all sides.

Porsche 935 'Moby Dick'

Porsche 935 Moby Dick was very famous during 1978 because it won the 6 hours World Manufacturer's Championship at Silverstone. The terms 'Moby dick' was chosen because of its shape and colors.

Here's the Porsche 935 'Moby Dick' spec: 0-60 mph in 2.8 s (compare it with: bugatti veyron that does it in 2.7 s -- or Saleen Twin Turbo), max speed 227 mph, 3211 cc, produces 845 bhp @ 8200 rpm.

Ferrari F430

Ferrari F430 is the first of production cars with the electronic differential (E-Diff), designed to make the most of engine's torque to optimize tractions and the manettino (steering wheel-mounted rotary switch) which directly controls the integrated systems governing vehicle.

Engine:
The engine is a completely rebuilt 428 with the Tri-Power 6 pack on top. The leading edge carries an Edelbrock aluminum water pump, March billet pulleys, 7.5 quart aluminum Cobra oil pan & Cobra valve covers, Mallory billet distributor, Billet high-torque mini-starter, billet 12" flywheel and Ram clutch. The engine bay has a full Total Control engine bracing. This engine is a monster!!

Cooling:
Cross flow aluminum radiator with electric thermostatic fan.

Exhaust:
3 inch Jet Hot Coated Super Comp headers expel the gasses to a functional dual Flowmaster side-exit exhaust with custom billet exhaust tips all without cutting the floorboards to make it fit. No rattles on the chassis just the sound of pure power.

Transmission:
Transmission is a rebuilt RUG-M2 top loader 4-speed topped with a Shelby Big-Block shifter with rebuilt linkages, rods and a chrome shifter handle with reverse lock-out.

Suspension:
Total Control front coil-overs with fully adjustable strut rods and control arms. Shocks are adjustable aluminum Vari-Shocks. Both ends are covered by large diameter sway bars. 4 Wheel Power disc brakes, slotted rotors, power steering. 8 inch rear-end is topped with all new brakes and 2.79 freeway gears.
